K.A.R.M.A for Girls—Changing perspectives. Changing lives.

K.A.R.M.A for Girls has been created due to an overwhelming demand to address issues that affect female youth–most importantly, body image and self-image. This is one bonding experience you do not want to miss. We’ll talk openly about “real” friendships, the effects of bullyism, personal uniqueness and more. The powerful impacts of popular media images will be discovered as well as concepts related to nutrition and health. Girls from grades 5-7 and 8-12 will learn:

  • The impact mass media has in shaping their sense of personal beauty and self-worth.
  • The importance of quality friendships.
  • The power we all possess to make a positive difference in our own lives and the lives of others.
  • How to truly appreciate their own special talents and qualities.

Trisha’s workshops are based on current issues that are important to today's youth. Program topics include goal setting, self-esteem and body image building, powers of influence, powers of personal choice, community action and volunteerism.

It's all about CREATING the CONNECTION.
